My 4 Pillars of Wellness

These are the 4 pillars of wellness that define (and continue to define) my own journey toward discovering my highest self. By leaning into these pillars, I have transformed from someone whose stress and anxiety left them sick and in a perpetual fight-or-flight response, to someone with healthy coping mechanisms, balanced emotions, mind/body/soul wellness, and a renewed purpose and zest for life. My coaching packages were developed from these 4 pillars so I can help you uncover your authentic, well self, too.

  • This pillar is essential for creating a good foundation to build from. It may seem simple to focus on good habits such as daily meditation, mindful movement, and balanced nutrition, but it is the most important one of all. You can’t fill from an empty cup, and you can’t level up until you’ve mastered the basics.

  • This is where the deeper healing begins. Rituals like gratitude, loving-kindness (metta), and shadow work help you uncover the hidden areas you need to heal from a deep, spiritual level.

  • The key to living a fulfilling life is discovering your dharma, or your life’s purpose. Everyone is born with a set of unique gifts that, when activated, will leave a lasting impact on the world. Deep healing helps to uncover your greater purpose.

  • First we find out what you’re here to do, and then we put your vision into action. Designing your future is about setting short- and long-term goals, building your personal brand, and filling the gaps and addressing any limitations to help you get there.

And so, the journey toward wellness begins. The Awaken package includes FREE access to a regularly updated vault of mindfulness modalities that have been essential in my own journey to wellness. The vault includes pre-recorded yoga classes and guided meditations, journal prompts, do-it-yourself mindfulness worksheets, pre-recorded talks on a variety of wellness topics, and more.

Affirm

The Affirm package is a 3-month, abridged version of my full 6-month wellness package. It touches on the 4 pillars of wellness I leaned into (and continue to lean into!) when discovering my highest self. Ideal for those seeking tools to use and a structured wellness roadmap to follow, this package offers a clear month-by-month outline introducing you to the 4 pillars.

The Align package outlines the wellness journey I took to get me where I am today: a holistically well version of me who is in touch with her highest self (albeit a self that is constantly growing and evolving!). This 6-month experience takes a deep dive into the 4 wellness pillars of my holistic foundation. It is a structured journey with a clear roadmap to follow, each month outlining a different wellness focus.

Over the course of your ongoing experience, we will take a deep dive into the 4 pillars of my wellness journey. Unlike the Affirm and Align packages, which follow a structured timeline, the Ascend package is for those who wish to focus their wellness journey in specific interest areas. We will draw from the 4 pillars to create your own unique roadmap that will be reassessed every 6 months.
